Dr. Era Ayurveda was founded by Dr. Era Bakshi Sharma with one conviction: every patient deserves a treatment protocol built specifically for their body and condition — not a template, not a standard package, not a wellness experience dressed up as medicine.

Dr. Era Bakshi Sharma is a senior Ayurvedic physician with deep expertise in treating chronic conditions through classical Ayurveda. With 18 years of practice, she founded Dr. Era Ayurveda around a single clinical philosophy: treat the root imbalance, not the symptom.
Her approach blends classical Ayurvedic diagnosis — Prakriti assessment, Nadi Pariksha — with modern clinical tracking, ensuring each patient's protocol is personalised, measurable and adjusted based on response. Under her clinical direction, the team has treated over 16,000 patients across a wide range of chronic conditions.

Dr. Rajalakshmi is an Ayurvedic physician with 8 years of clinical experience, including 6 years of practice in Kerala — the home of classical Ayurveda. She trained at Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, one of India's leading Ayurvedic institutions.
Her clinical focus spans digestive disorders, women's health, skin and hair conditions, sexual health, joint and orthopaedic conditions, and mental wellness. She works by root-cause diagnosis and individualised classical Ayurvedic protocols — never generic packages.
A team of qualified Ayurveda doctors supervise every treatment protocol. Consultations, Prakriti assessments and treatment adjustments are conducted by our medical team.
All Panchakarma therapies at Dr. Era Ayurveda are administered by two Kerala-trained therapists simultaneously — the classical standard for authentic Panchakarma. This is non-negotiable in how we practice.
