Women's Health · The Artava Program
Hormonal health and metabolic health are the same conversation. Instead of a pill for the symptom, we treat the root — and track your cycle and your reports through the program, so you see the change, not just feel it.

Why it exists
Most women with PCOS or irregular cycles have heard the same two answers: go on the pill, or lose weight. Both manage; neither explains. What’s usually underneath is metabolic — the way the body handles sugar and energy affects the way it runs a cycle. Artava treats that root with doctor-prescribed Ayurvedic medicine, diet and follow-up, and tracks what actually matters: your cycle, your symptoms and your reports, from Day 0 to Day 90 and beyond.
What Artava covers
The method
A blood panel at Day 0, timed to your cycle where that matters. Home collection, cycle-day guidance included.
Doctor-prescribed Ayurvedic protocol, customised, with diet built around your routine. Medicines reach your home.
Your cycle and symptoms tracked through the program, the panel repeated at Day 90. Change you can point to.
Restoration, measured
A blood panel at Day 0 and Day 90, timed to your cycle where that matters, plus tracking of your cycle and symptoms over the program.
We record where you start and where you finish, on the same tests. If the numbers don't move, you'll see that too.
Hormonal change is real but not instant. Cycles typically take 3–6 months to regularise; skin and hair changes longer. The Day-90 re-measure shows the direction clearly — and if it isn’t moving, you’ll see that too, and the plan changes.
An honest fit
We'll tell you, and point you to the right doctor.
Where care happens
Most Artava patients are treated entirely online — consultation, medicines delivered, diet, cycle tracking and follow-up. Certain long-standing cases benefit from specific in-clinic therapies at our Gurgaon centre; if your doctor recommends them, they’ll explain exactly why.

Our written commitment
Your Day-0 report records exactly where you start, with a printed improvement threshold — the number we hold ourselves to. If your numbers have not meaningfully improved by your Day-90 re-measure, and you have kept your side of the plan — visible to you throughout — we repeat your program’s treatment stages at no cost. One repeat, in writing, from Day 0.
We don't promise a result. We promise what we'll do if the numbers don't move.
‘Meaningful improvement’ uses validated cycle and symptom measures, printed on your own report — never our judgement after the fact.
Questions
Several hormones are only interpretable on specific cycle days. We schedule your collection accordingly — it’s part of doing the tests properly rather than cheaply.
We don’t promise fertility outcomes — no honest clinic can. What the program does is treat the root that commonly disturbs cycles; many patients see their cycles regularise. If you’re actively pursuing conception, we co-manage with your fertility specialist rather than replace them.
Never abruptly, and only with your doctor. Note that hormonal contraception affects some test results — your doctor plans the panel around it.
PCOS is managed, and its metabolic root is treatable — cycles, symptoms and reports genuinely improve. “Cure” is not a word we use, because it wouldn’t be honest.
Often fewer than you’d think. Menopause around this age is diagnosed by pattern and symptoms, not blood tests — we test what changes management, not everything testable.
Prescribed after your consultation, prepared for your case, shipped monthly.
The Artava assessment takes a few minutes. A doctor decides the next step from your answers — never a menu.
Disclaimer: Treatments are doctor-prescribed and outcome-tracked. Results vary by individual. Any change to existing medication occurs only under doctor supervision.
