Telemedicine Consent
For online (tele-Ayurveda) consultations · Last updated: June 2026
Please read this before your online consultation. By proceeding with a teleconsultation, you confirm that you have read and consent to the terms below. Our online consultations are conducted under the telemedicine norms notified by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) / Ministry of AYUSH.
1. What you are consenting to
When you choose an online consultation, you understand and agree that:
- ✓Teleconsultation has limitations and may not be suitable for every condition. Where a tele-assessment is insufficient, the doctor may ask you to come in for an in-person consultation.
- ✓The practitioner attending to you is a registered Ayurvedic doctor (registration number shown on your prescription) practising under CCIM / AYUSH telemedicine norms.
- ✓You will provide accurate and complete medical history, current medications, and reports. The quality of remote care depends on the information you share.
- ✓Prescriptions are issued at the doctor’s professional discretion and may be declined or deferred if a tele-assessment is not adequate for your case.
- ✓For any emergency or rapidly worsening symptoms, you will seek immediate in-person medical care rather than relying on teleconsultation.
- ✓Any change to medication you are already taking will be made only under doctor supervision — never on your own.
- ✓Your data is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. Scope of online Ayurvedic care
Our online programme treats the metabolic root behind your numbers through classical Ayurvedic medicines, diet and lifestyle, with lab tests at the start and a re-test to track progress. We do not claim to cure any disease, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We aim for medically-supervised improvement and, at early stages, reversal of grade and markers — and we show you the movement on your own reports. If the numbers don't move, you'll see that too.
3. Your health information
Health-related information you share (including answers to our screening tools and your lab reports) is sensitive personal data. We collect it only with your consent, use it to provide your care, and protect it as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by writing to our Grievance Officer (see the Privacy Policy).
Consent
At the start of your online consultation you will be asked to confirm: "I have read and consent to teleconsultation." Proceeding with the consultation constitutes your consent to the terms on this page.
