Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 0–2 business days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Dr. Era Ayurveda is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. We only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0–2 business days from the date of the order.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your registered email ID.

For patients on our online metabolic programme, medicines and protocols are shipped across India to the address you provide at the time of your consultation. Your home lab-test collection is arranged through our diagnostic partners in serviceable PIN codes; where home collection is unavailable, our team will guide you to the nearest partner lab.

Starter medicines are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of your consultation and prescription, and tracking details are shared on WhatsApp / your registered contact. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier; remote PIN codes may take longer.
