Every chronic joint and spine condition has a different story. The Orthiva Assessment is a structured, physician-led evaluation designed to understand the underlying causes of your symptoms, explain your condition clearly, and determine whether a Personalised Joint & Spine Restoration Program is the right next step.
Leave your details and an Orthiva Coordinator will contact you on WhatsApp — or book directly above.
What you take home
You leave your assessment with the Orthiva Score — a written, dated Day-0 baseline of your joint or spine, measured the same way modern medicine measures it.
It records validated indices — the WOMAC osteoarthritis index or ODI for the back, your pain on the VAS scale, your range of motion and your function. Numbers, not impressions.
If a program follows, the same measures are re-taken at Day 90 and Day 180 — so any change is measured against your own baseline, not assumed. Restoration, measured.

Fees & enrolment

Our written commitment
Your Day-0 Orthiva Score report carries a printed improvement threshold — the number we hold ourselves to. If your Score has not meaningfully improved by your Day-90 re-measure, and you have kept your side of the plan — attendance and home protocol, visible to you throughout — we repeat your program's treatment stages at no cost. One repeat, in writing, from Day 0.
We don't promise a result. We promise what we'll do if the numbers don't move.
‘Meaningful improvement’ uses the published thresholds of the medical instruments themselves (WOMAC/ODI/NDI/VAS), printed on your own report — never our judgement after the fact.
Is it for you
The Orthiva Assessment is for people with a chronic, ongoing joint or spine condition — especially if earlier treatment has not held.
Osteoarthritis, stiffness, pain on the stairs.
Persistent lower-back pain and stiffness.
Radiating leg pain, tingling or numbness.
A herniated or bulging disc.
Restricted, painful shoulder movement.
Cervical stiffness and spondylosis.
Osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis.
Take a quick, guided self-assessment. In about a minute you'll get a plain-language picture of what your symptoms may suggest, the most relevant programme, and clear next steps — then book a physician-led assessment to confirm the cause.

An honest note
The Orthiva Assessment is built for chronic joint and spine conditions. It may not be the right starting point if you have:
Where your situation needs urgent or specialist care, our doctors will tell you honestly and point you toward the right place. We would rather refer you correctly than take on a case that is not suited to this path.
Questions & Answers
It typically takes 45–60 minutes. It is unhurried on purpose — enough time for a full history, a hands-on examination, a review of your reports, and a clear discussion of what we find and your options.
The assessment fee is fully credited toward your program if you enrol — details on WhatsApp.
No. The Orthiva Assessment is for chronic joint and spine conditions of many kinds — knee and back pain, sciatica, slip disc, frozen shoulder, neck and cervical pain, as well as arthritis. If your problem is ongoing and affects your movement, it is worth assessing.
If you already have an MRI, X-ray or recent blood reports, please bring them — they help us understand your condition. If you do not have recent imaging, our doctors will advise whether any is needed after examining you.
Yes. Please do not stop any prescribed medication on your own. Any change to your medication is a decision for you and your treating doctor — the assessment does not require you to change anything.
No. Whether any particular therapy is appropriate is decided only after the assessment, and only if it suits your case. The assessment comes first; recommendations follow from it.
Treatment is discussed only after the assessment is complete. Nothing begins until you understand your condition and your options — there is no obligation to start anything on the same day.
