Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Returns are acceptable with replacement of the products or reversal of the full amount paid by the customer within 7 days of receipt of the product. Returns are limited to the following cases:
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If upon delivery you find that the product is received in damaged condition, immediately notify our Customer Care team at 9717167570 or care@eraayurveda.in. We will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference, after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products.
2. Different Product Dispatched
If upon delivery you discover that we have dispatched a different product, immediately notify our Customer Care team at 9717167570 or care@eraayurveda.in. We will refund or send a replacement product depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and original packing must be returned along with the products.
Cancellation
Cancellations are allowed without any questions asked. However, cancellations are only permitted until the time the product has not been shipped from our warehouses. Please contact our Customer Care team immediately at 9717167570 or care@eraayurveda.in to assist you with the cancellation.
Refund
We will initiate your refund within 3 working days of our confirmation. However, it may take 7–15 working days to be credited or reflected in your bank or credit card account statement, as this involves inter-bank refund procedures.
* Dr. Era Ayurveda reserves the right to change or update the above policy at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
* In case of a technical glitch while placing the order, Dr. Era Ayurveda reserves all rights to cancel or reject an order.
* Dr. Era Ayurveda reserves all rights to reject any orders placed without assigning any reason.
Online Programme (₹1,999 first month)
The ₹1,999 first month is a one-time charge for a bundled service — lab tests, a doctor consultation and your starter Ayurvedic protocol. It is not a subscription and nothing is auto-charged; any continuation is a separate, patient-initiated enrolment after your Day-30 results.
Before your test is booked
If you change your mind before your home lab test has been scheduled and before any medicines are dispatched, contact us at 9717167570 or care@eraayurveda.in for a full refund.
After the test is booked or medicines dispatched
Because the programme includes a lab test (a third-party service rendered) and personalised, doctor-prescribed medicines prepared and shipped for you, the fee becomes non-refundable once your test collection is booked or your medicines are dispatched. Personalised/dispensed medicines cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. Damaged or incorrectly dispatched products are covered under the Returns section above.
